Trend: Ginger Jars

The Ginger Jar got its name from the traditional use to carry ginger from the East to the West.
With wide mouth, bulged body and a lid, this jar was also used to store spices back in the time. Now, it is used worldwide as a decoration piece.
Although most commonly seen in white and blue it is also possible to find it in other colors. Each has a different meaning and symbolism to the Chinese culture.
The yellow represented the emperor’s color, the red symbolized happiness, and the white was a traditional wedding gift.

So could it be a good wedding gift idea? What do you think?
